Face Institute is een gespecialiseerde kliniek voor esthetische gezichtschirurgie en cosmetische geneeskunde in Amsterdam en Bussum. Ons medisch team, dr. Callum Faris (plastisch en reconstructief gezichtschirurg) en dr. Susan Schmidt (cosmetisch arts KNMG), heeft samen ruim 40 jaar ervaring in gezichtsbehandelingen op wereldniveau. Wij staan voor “the art of aesthetics”: een holistische, deskundige benadering waarin kwaliteit, vertrouwen en natuurlijke resultaten centraal staan.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een sterke, commercieel ingestelde Practice Manager die eigenaarschap neemt over de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de kliniek. Dit is een echte ownership-rol, geen coördinerende functie, en we zoeken iemand die klaar is om te leiden. We willen deze rol op korte termijn invullen.

Wat je gaat doen

Jij wordt eigenaar van alles binnen de kliniek dat niet medisch is. Dat betekent leadconversie, de cliëntervaring, het soepel laten verlopen van kliniekdagen en de systemen die daaronder liggen. Je werkt direct samen met de oprichters en hebt zicht op elke operationele beslissing.

• Eigenaarschap over leadmanagement van begin tot eind. Opvolgen, converteren en ervoor zorgen dat geen enkele potentiële cliënt tussen wal en schip valt. Dit is het belangrijkste onderdeel van de rol.
• Het runnen van de front office op kliniekdagen: cliënten ontvangen, de chirurg op tijd houden en ervoor zorgen dat consulten en behandelingen vlot verlopen
• Het aansturen van het team en de dagelijkse operatie van de kliniek
• Voortdurend verbeteren van hoe we werken. Signaleren wat beter kan, oplossingen voorstellen en samen met je IT-automatiseringscollega implementeren
• Toezicht houden op operationele en financiële administratie: facturatie, leveranciers, agenda’s en dossiers

Wat we zoeken

• Aantoonbaar eigenaarschap in een eerdere rol. Je hebt ergens écht de leiding gehad, niet alleen gecoördineerd
• Commercieel ingesteld en zelfverzekerd in conversiegerichte gesprekken. Je helpt potentiële cliënten op een natuurlijke manier vooruit, zonder ooit pusherig over te komen
• Sterk beoordelingsvermogen onder druk. Je houdt voet bij stuk wanneer dat nodig is en blijft rustig als het druk is
• Een warme, open en professionele uitstraling. Cliënten en collega’s voelen zich bij jou op hun gemak
• Vertrouwd met IT en digitale systemen. Je kunt werken met moderne tools en processen verbeteren in plaats van alleen onderhouden
• Scherpe organisatorische vaardigheden en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk in beweging te houden
• Vloeiend Engels (vereist); Nederlands is een sterke pré
• Ervaring in een medische, cosmetische, hospitality- of andere premium klantgerichte omgeving is een sterke pré

Wat we bieden

• Een afwisselende, zelfstandige rol van 24-32 uur per week, deels vanuit huis en op werkdagen (maandag, dinsdag, vrijdag of zaterdag, niet elke week) in de kliniek
• Een uurloon van € 30 tot € 45 bruto, afhankelijk van de beheersing van de competenties die bij de rol horen
• Echt eigenaarschap over de rol en directe zichtbaarheid bij de oprichters
• Een klein, ambitieus team waarin je volop ruimte krijgt om vorm te geven aan hoe we werken
• Werken aan de zijde van topspecialisten in een kliniek met een internationale reputatie

Face Institute is a specialised clinic for aesthetic facial surgery and cosmetic medicine in Amsterdam and Bussum. Our medical team, Dr. Callum Faris (facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon) and Dr. Susan Schmidt (cosmetic doctor KNMG), has over 40 years of combined experience in world-class facial treatments. We stand for “the art of aesthetics”: a holistic, expert approach in which quality, trust and natural results come first.

We are looking for a strong, commercially minded Practice Manager to take ownership of how the clinic runs day-to-day. This is a real ownership role, not a coordinating one, and we’re looking for someone ready to lead. We are looking to fill this role soon.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the parts of the clinic that aren’t medical. That means lead conversion, the client experience, the smooth running of clinic days, and the systems behind all of it. You’ll work directly with the founders and have visibility on every operational decision.

• Own lead management end-to-end. Following up, converting, and making sure no prospective client falls through the cracks. This is the most important part of the role.
• Run the front office on clinic days: welcoming clients, keeping the surgeon on time, and making sure consultations and treatments flow smoothly
• Coordinate the team and the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Continuously improve how we work. Spot what’s not running well, propose fixes, and work with your IT automation colleague to implement them
• Oversee operational and financial admin: invoicing, suppliers, agendas, records

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated ownership in a previous role. You’ve run something, not just coordinated it
• Commercially minded and confident in conversion-focused conversations. You naturally help prospective clients move forward without ever feeling pushy
• Strong judgment under pressure. You push back when needed and stay calm when it’s busy
• A warm, open and professional manner. Clients and colleagues feel at ease with you
• Comfortable with IT and digital systems. You should be able to work with modern tools and improve processes rather than just maintain them
• Sharp organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving at once
• Fluent English (required); Dutch is a strong plus
• Experience in a medical, cosmetic, hospitality or other premium client-facing setting is a strong plus

What we offer

• A varied, independent role of 24-32 hours per week, partly from home and on workdays (Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday, not every week) in the clinic
• An hourly rate of € 30 to € 45 gross, depending on mastery of the role’s competencies
