Client Manager | Dutch – Adams Multilingual Recruitment – Amsterdam

For one of our international clients – a British company that specializes in providing insurance solutions and support services to businesses across various industries – we are currently seeking for a Dutch-speaking Client Manager to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing client on-boarding new clients, as well as identifying needs among existing client to drive potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a designated client base, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Take a leading role with client on-boardings
• Oversee the production and distribution of accurate internal and external reporting
• Utilize analytical and Excel skills to review and understand client data portfolios, identifying needs and potential business opportunities
• Design and deliver product training programs to clients at all levels
• Identify and execute additional revenue opportunities to support the wider commercial team’s objectives
• Support the commercial development and management of designated client accounts
• Collaborate with all departments to meet client needs and corporate objectives

Requirements

• You speak Dutch fluently; if you speak French as well that is a bug plus!
• You have prior experience in client/account management, ideally from the leasing, insurance, and/or financial services industry
• You enjoy deliver presentations and training sessions
• You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• You are flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, and you have strong rapport-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• You have the possibility to and you are willing to travel within The Netherlands and Belgium
