Are you looking for an administrative job within a production and logistics environment where you are working with an unique product? Then join the customs team at IFF in Tilburg!

Primarily you will be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the customs declarations for all the goods that IFF receives that are needed for the production of the products. No day is the same and the work is done in a dynamic work environment.

Your tasks consist of

• Verifying accuracy and completeness of submitted custom declarations
• Sending out regular reminders to vendors about the outstanding declarations
• File management maintaining records of all declarations in SAP and Oflow (IFF tool)

Wat we bieden

• A monthly salary ranging between €2500,- and €2900,-,
• Flexible working hours form Monday to Friday during office hours

• A temporary fulltime contract from Start People. (tijdelijk contract)

Functie-eisen

• Flexibility in handling ad hoc tasks because of the dynamic environment that you are working in
• Strong customers focus and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Mircrosoft Word and Excell
• Good communication skills in the English language (at least level B2). Knowledge of the Dutch language is a big plus!
• Available for fulltime work of 40 hours per week between monday and friday
• Experience in a similar postion is a big plus
• An educational degree on vocational or bachelor level is a big plus
• You have your own housing and you are able to get to the workplace by yourself
