Over de functie

As a Logistics Employee / Production Support Worker, you play an important role within both the warehouse and production departments. You are involved in handling incoming goods, warehouse management and supporting the production and packing departments. You will work in different temperature zones (dry, chilled and frozen) and contribute to a safe, clean and well-organized working environment.

Your tasks include:

• Receiving, checking and registering incoming goods

• Identifying discrepancies in quantities, quality or documentation and reporting these to the office

• Labeling and storing goods in the warehouse, cold storage or freezer

• Ensuring a safe, tidy and well-organized storage area

• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks

• Supplying materials and raw materials to production in a timely manner

• Supporting cleaning activities and operating machines

• Complying with safety, quality and hygiene regulations

• Performing other reasonable tasks when required

Working Hours

Initially, work will be carried out in day shifts or extended shifts. After approximately 3 to 6 months, the schedule is expected to change to a two-shift system.

Production department:

• Day shift: 04:00 – 13:00

• Evening shift (2 shifts): 13:00 – 22:00

Packing department:

• Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00

• Evening shift (2 shifts): 15:00 – 24:00

For extended shifts, some colleagues start 1 to 3 hours later to continue production longer. In principle, there is no work on weekends.

Wat wij vragen

• LBO/MBO level of work and thinking

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management or production is a requirement

• In possession of a forklift certificate

• Good command of either Dutch or English

• Physically able to lift, walk and stand for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of food safety is a plus

• Shift allowance of 13% once the two-shift system is active
